Green Gotham has unloaded completely.
The lowest form 4 values are in 5.67 etc @5/18. So it means they were aware of the new financing terms. They started selling after $5.60.

So now comes the real deal, the losses were up last QTR and it seem that will be the case for 2nd QTR too. So this company has created new set of bag holder's , and now many insider's sold into this hype and were allowed to sell into private placements.

So the downward spiral start now, going back to 2.80 (half of 5.60).....by Aug 15th.
