Yep,focus on the $11.5mil for now.



The exercise price of the Representative’s Warrants is equal to 110% of the offering price of the Class A common stock offered hereby.

Obviously these warrants won't be exercised for a loss.

Remember that when someone claims kbl will be diluting for $24mil
