Nvax and mrna are perfect examples of what your saying. VXRT already has the funding. Armistice burned through 16mil of shares the past week. The big boys are buying shares now. Thats why it goes down to $6 a share then explode back up to $9 a share. They're loading up. US GOV is behind vxrt because there is not a refrigeration requirement. Good luck. I'm all in.
