Whenever the bid/ask is on 0.0002-0.0003 they keep dumping into the bid, taking it down and preventing the stock from running. They want this at these levels and they seem to have hundreds of millions of shares to do it because they have been doing this same thing for weeks already, keeping the stock put, dumping into the bid.
