I had to leave half-way through, (I guess) but my take-away was that the company has been struggling. However, he is persistent and has been patiently grooming Fortune 500 clients who will have return business and it is finally starting to pay off. He is a bit disorganized when it comes to the presentations and he has a tendency to be bumbling, in my opinion. That said, he has learned to be a cost-cutter and live close to the bone.

On the positive side, he did hint that he wants to get to NASDAQ someday and a buy-back would be in the cards if that were to proceed. He sounds like he has finally put together a team of much more competent pros including a good CFO and other key roles and has made all the mistakes that a small entrepreneurial company can make, so going forward is likely to be a little better. (i.e. sales and distribution) However, COVID has been a damper because he cannot visit factories and provide direct tech support.

Still, as things progress and eventually open up, he is likely to be in good stead. They boast that every customer they have ever had has reduced their carbon footprint - so there is the global warming angle as well.

I missed the robot part.
