If PCT management had 1/4 brain, theyd hire a local accountant for their audits, not an auditor located in SLC

Coincidentally, their transfer agent is also in SLC, hmmm

I believe theres a reason for this as Ive found some info from past filings. Looks like someone may be pulling the CEOs strings

I think I know who but will need to dig it back up
