GRST Primary Focus on Upcoming Transactions...

GRST has some pending transactions that I believe will graduate GRST to the next few levels:

1-10-K
2-10-Q
3-Secure financing to consummate acquisitions
4-Acquisition of Healthcare facility
5-Acquisition of Covid Clear
6-Leonite to purchase up to 20% of the OS at $.10

The last PR from GRST was a good solid update which basically stated that everything is going to get started on or before July 1, 2020 of which is not that far away in my opinion:
