, there was a box to be checked to enforce or include the guarantee clause from the prospectus and this box was not checked by the trustee.

It was not a mistake..

By Enforcing guarantee, it made its way to claim on 10-B.

You have to realize that the guarantee is subordinated to other claims.

What is the problem???
