RVNC—…for (lateral) forehead lines, does it requires two injections?

No. Patients can receive Daxi (or any botulinum toxin) injections for all facial areas in one session. In a dose-ranging study such as this one, however, the outcomes from the various doses used for lateral forehead lines are easier to discern if there’s a small time lapse after the (fixed) 40U dose for glabellar lines. If the injections were done at the same time, slight diffusion from the glabellar-lines injection could conceivably muddy the initial assessment of the outcome in lateral forehead lines.
