If SC denies to hear both, immediate actions and back to lower court implementations

IF SC decides to hear one of the two, more opportunity to expose..

Given the high profile nature, I wouldnt be surprised if they decide to hear, but given that elections are round the corner and this one is dragging and govt wants to move on, i wont be surprised if they deny both
