been like that

every day for a month now, buying 4 or 5 cents above the closing price. I figure insiders or institutions, probably some kind of regulations in place or whatnot. Can't confirm, but really why would anyone continuously buy after or pre market above the actual pps?

Either way it's been bullish since this has been going on so I say have at it.
