these guys are freaking genius masters at restructuring debt. look at their business and finance backgrounds. Seamus owns a finance company. how many CEO's you know who could come to OTC with a busted ass business and pull off mega millions in convertible debt lending to rebuild it, in addition to, more than $30m in private investor funding? This fella does not play by normal "mere mortal" business rules. Neither does CD and I sincerely doubt he is stupid with his money. Now we have TPTW enter the picture with a deep share swap spinoff deal?
