The can's still rolling round the SCOTUS floor with plaintiff and defendant appeals of En Banc decision to be dealt with next so if SCOTUS chooses not to hear them they still have made a choice. I'll speculate they don't hear the Gooberment defendants appeal with today's Selia Law/CFPB decision setting the precedent then taking on the plaintiff's appeal as it differentiates from Seila Law but we'll see a quicker decision because over half of the decision was already made today
