Everyone, I am on the board of directors for a public company... we were to file our 10K today and we received the following... I am leaving out headers and such as I do wish to disclose the company I work for... this is a message concerning the SEC and its filiers.

Please be advised that the SEC servers have experienced a global outage that is impacting all Filing Agents. This SEC outage has caused all filings regardless of form type not to be received by the SEC. The SEC and Filer Consortium have confirmed the outage. The SEC is working on resolving the issue and as soon as the servers are operating again then we can re-submit the filings. M2 is a leading member of the Filer Consortium and reports to the SEC on connectivity matters. We hope that we can get you filed prior to 5:30pm ET. In the event we cannot due to SEC issues, then we will petition date adjustments (if required).
