Yeah, he wanted to form a committee to represent shareholders and thier best interests since Hayter is doing the opposite. He was going to suggest action we could take as a group to hold Hayter accountable for his claims and actions.
The now quiet board mods who were the biggest cheerleaders didn't see that as something they wanted here.
