Fraud is not tough to prove in this case, the idiot didn't even file the illegal notes,he just took the money!

The CEO of a publicly traded company takes investors wire transfered monies writes OVER A HALF DOZEN illegal notes and refuses to acknowledge they even exist or rectify the situation? It's going to be a huge laugh in the court room to see him squirm his way out of this..loose your company and your freedom in the same day.
