(IMO), What you are describing is more like a pump and dump, or boom and bust activities.

(IMO), The beauty to the method CLSI is using, is that Wall Street (NASDAQ and NYSE) rewards companies like CLSI that acquire revenue generating firms with ready made profits, that are over performing and undervalued. They call these small cap companies.

When well managed small cap companies manage to get the attention of Wall Street, they are then sought out by bigger firms in their perspective industries such as, Microsoft, Cisco, Amazon and the like, for acquisitions. (I don't mean to question your integrity if you are already aware of this method).

Slow and steady is my preference.
