Honestly I have not called the company or spoken with anyone in the company for a long time. I have had to deal with some family matters alongside work which Im sure you can imagine has been crazy. The only person I have spoken with is Gordo via email and that was probably 2 months ago ( i woud have to check the date). His wife got sick so I think hes been focused on that and the sale of one of his businesses.

I am still in both UATG and UCIX although admittedly I became more focused on UCIX and think thats where the money will end up. I am sure they are delayed as a result of Covid like so many other companies. Start-ups or companies looking for funding were hit the hardest. I have stories for days on companies falling apart. Last I heard on UCIX was that their QB status was still undergoing comments but then the economy shut down so I am sure the hold up is probably caught in that web between FINRA, SEC and OTC. Finra is a mess right now. I am currently watching a company go through an S-1 that is going on 6 months right now. Everyone is back logged but they are slowly coming back online and getting caught up.

I can try and shoot the CEO an e-mail but I dont think hes going to say much considering how he was tight lipped before the pandemic. We will hear from the company when they are ready. JMO.
