GNUS:The company is doing well.The network is growing and we are getting many opportunities for other cartoons.There is a time lag for contracts and legal.The Apple situation is still going through Apple's corporate process
of which we have no control.The two shows will come off hiatus soon and that will increase visibility.The Arnold cartoon is for next year but that team is in early stages.Our merchandising is moving along and will continue to roll out product for the fall and Christmas.

The stock is in a disconnect with the development of the company.The investors I am guessing were looking for short term hit and the short people got in the way.This is a long term growth situation and you have to be patient
