I agree, but I'm wondering why any sane person would complain about RDGL dilution to raise funds to survive to grow business to buyout stage or profitability, when the alternative is near term bankruptcy. It's disappointing the offering was discounted, meaning there will have to be further dilution down road for human trials but, again, the alternative is bankruptcy. My immediate concern remains the offering still hasn't closed going on 8 months now. Sure aint no FOMO on this one.
