The DOE, DOJ and the past 2 Administrations have conducted several studies throughout the years on REM's. The U.S. recognizes the potentially problematic supply chain to these critical elements.
CCTC owns methods capable of solving this issue.
They are working along side the University of Wyoming and others to bring this technology to a commercial level. All while creating a cleaner burning feedstock which can be used to power the next generation of coal-generated electricity and carbon based manufacturing.
I have no idea if this has any reflection on AREC, but I suspect METC may be involved due to their similarities.
Considering market caps, partnerships etc - CCTC is the best play IMO.
