this was a real gift, I was able to sell a significant amount before the downdraft due to dilution and buy heavily in the 2s, and do some selling as it has recovered to 6. Q is what happens now. My take is that while the lender may request more shares, the company goes out of compliance by tomorrow which will restrict selling, in which case the price should hold or rise organically, BUT if they do get shares, be sure this will be driven back to 2 cents and below, where I will be ready and willing to continue buying down at those prices. Bottom line is that there is a lot of money owed by the company and the lenders, as we have seen over the past 6 months, are ruthless.
