Also ask yourself what are the details of this "deal"? Oh yeah, there are literally NONE!!!

And finally ask yourself why on earth would a company that failed in an epic way 4 years ago want any involvement with IBGR? And vice versa, why would IBGR want any involvement with such a catastrophe of a company? Is it to sell shares? To tell a BS story? Missed endorsement payments, not fulfilling orders, sexism. It's all there for everyone to see! They are completely radioactive and nobody legitimate will want to do business with them, hence why they went the route of a typically useless OTC LOI with IBGR!!
