I just don't understand. On one hand U want SP to move up on the other hand U are discouraging others from buying with the Promise of a RS. When was the last time it took CEO 2 whole years to do a split. We are talking about a CEO who once did 2 if not 3 splits in one year and for some reason this time around it's been 2 years he been talking about a RS but can't find the date to pull the trigger.
