- Criminal charges on false vote?

Where is the civil lawsuit?

- No shareholder approval of RS (No notice of vote. No results of vote. Is the vote just false and made up?)

- Misinformation to market ("astonishing" fraud)

- Pump&dumping with people on this message board

This complete scam should be taken to court for defrauding investors.
