Quite a difference between the two MCs. Market is futuristic, it doesn't look through the rear view mirror.

Besides I believe your revenues estimate for GPAQ is only for Phase I and Phase II development, doesn't include potential revenues from Phase III development.

Do you know what's the revenue estimates for NKL*A for 2021? Only $150 million but the current MC is close to $25 billion. By 2024 the anticipated revenue is $3 billion. That means the current MC is more than 8X their anticipated revenues for 2024.Look here:
