I see Saunders and Chas are really big into Opportunity Zones, that's why Chas is likely headed back to Cali. Too bad CTDT main office isn't in a OZ. I'd move it if that's allowed. Although if Trump loses I hear those OZ's go away.

The FDIC just gave banks a big break: it'll allow them to invest inactive customer cash into venture capital. Maybe that'll free up some cash to fund ops.

Patents expire 2029... Can't really afford to do nothing in this rich economic climate. Looks like Chas is focusing on medicinal MJ and cancer cures right now.
