Well, Lehman braintrust here is another bone to chew.
FINRA.org database lists 115 various Lehman bonds and there are 3 bonds with maturity date 12/31/3999.

3999 should mean those are perpetual bonds. Perpetual bond = equity.

If you check history of those “instruments” you see that those were normal bonds but during the course of adminstration they have changed to perpetual bonds (equity).
Am I just daydreaming or this is actually THE MOST SOLID PROOF in black and white that Lehman is going to have continuos business after POR is closed?
