When a barefoot pilgrim passes the test and is granted a Plusone drip, and he/she/ze only gets Ghizzi's gift of 0.00000006 of a coin, should that drip-catcher feel lucky?

What if the drip-catcher was supposed to get a mega-drip of 10.0 coins, but instead only got to clean out the bank for 0.00000006? Should he/she/ze feel like a fool for going for a drip, when the balance available for thirst quenching was known to be only 0.00000006?
