The petition phase has always been difficult to get into at the start. Once a stock is known to be in the petition phase, it moves fast. You need to be really on top of things at the Nevada SOS

So you could say there are 3 bounces

I've always played the last 2 bounces for simplicity. Have enough to keep track of

I try to play Lazar low floaters of under 100 Million for bigger pops

XNNHQ will likely be the next cerpq. JMHO. Been about 1 yr now

We all play these are own way. I have not been caught in Lazar RS yet. My last RS was CYLC in 2018.

I stay away from Small Cap Alliance cuz these tend not to pop as good as Lazar clock work plays. Rhonda Keaveny plays are 99% RS

I tend to focus on Lazar and Arcaro plays for custodianships
