Sometimes technical indicators dont mean much when there is news released or pending news to be released. But on the other hand, I would never buy a penny stock that has more then 500M OS.

If FCCN's pps are $0.10/share then the market cap would be $7M+ and I highly think AERO is worth more then $7M :)
