I just want to correct 1 part of your summary that a lot of people are getting wrong, and that is the BOD. The only 2 BOD members that the Rotmans appointed is Greg Rotman's Palm Springs buddy Brian Stone, and the 1 other guy, Paul (I think his name was) from Massachusetts and he already resigned. In fact, he and Mitsy Mangum were the audit comity and they both resigned unexpectedly and immediately after a SEC Filing. Can not remember if it was a Q or K. Micheal Iocone resigned a coupe months before the Rotmans made the filing announcing that. There would be NO Vytex without Dr. Matthan.
