You: because it was not a marginable stock
You: but it is not a margin stock correct

You: that is strange to me i guess you guys will see alot of option trades tomorrow on it, since everyone figure that out over the weekend...
Jason G.: It's an exception to the norm, for sure. Typically OTC stocks do not have options, with a few exceptions and JC Penny happens to be one of the rare exceptions.
