Doomed? No, hardly IMO. What appears to be setting up is a settlement emerging where nobody gets everything they want but everybody gets something meaningful from the present share price plateaus for both common and JPS shares.

Forget the extreme predictions... "receivership"..."common shares cancelled"... "JPS shares cancelled"..."Treasury to give back $150 B"... "FHFA to be ruled illegal and all decisions ruled invalid"... "Conservatorship will be overturned"... "Secret Plan next weekend will make $2 shares worth $240"... "Huge JPS conversion dilution coming"...

I predict everyone comes out much better off than things look, today.

Just my opinion. Wish I had bought FNMA and not UNTCQ who I am at war with right now.
