Yeah, next PR will be a joke unless the BoD takes control of IR. The Pr will have no real data or info. The IR purpose is only to artificially pump the SP. The real data is in the Edgar filings since that is what the CEO signs and is legally held to. One could argue that he’s liable for the PRs but good luck in the Otcs. That’s why they’ll never uplist, the sec would have Greg banned pretty quick.
