To improve human conditions globally, Poverty Dignified (OTCPK:PVDG +83.3%) partnered with Virexit Technologies, a licensing company specializing in the antimicrobial and antiviral sectors, to acquire all the intellectual property and proprietary technology represented by the trade name Virexit.

Post transaction closure Virexit, currently held within Gear Guru, will be wholly owned by PVDG.
