INO has been built into the DOD Pandemic plan. You have to put 1+1 together to add it up to huge news! The DOD document was dated 5/29/20 but was not put on the internet and discovered until last night 6/26/20. The DOD clearly states in the document “the vaccine could be used in Phase 2 context to protect DOD, healthcare workers and others at high risk of COVID-19 exposure.” Then this week the DOD announces they are purchasing $71 million of the vaccine devices from Inovio. If you put the 1+1 together that CLEARLY means the DOD is now moving forward with Phase 2 implementation as stated in their 5/29/20 document. This means beyond any shadow of doubt the Phase 1 results were stellar. This means Operation Warp speed and funding is in INOVIO’s very short term future.
