read on another board and it was also PRed in Mar/2020 or so.. After the merger, the founders/owners of $GPAQ are going to cancel ~1.8M shares from the OS to compensate the additional shares coming from 1 to 1.41 conversion. So,we should not expect any drastic change in the share price due to these conversion (if you are thinking the management is diluting us after the merger.. thats not true, right?

Good thinking / move by the management to protect the initial investors.
