WRONG - JUST A LOT MORE TOTALLY SILLY - TOTALLY NONSENSICAL - TOTALLY MEANINGLESS WORDS BECAUSE WITHOUT FILINGS COMING OUT VERY SOON (WITHIN AT LEAST THE NEXT WEEK AT THE VERY MOST) THERE IS NOW A VERY GOOD (ALMOST 100%) CHANCE THAT THERE WILL VERY SHORTLY NOT EVEN BE A DIRV STOCK AT ALL TO TRADE IN - THE S.E.C. HAS VERY STRICT NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES ABOUT NOT PUTTING OUT FILINGS ON TIME FOR SO LONG AND DIRV WILL MOST CERTAINLY JUST BE TOTALLY DE-LISTED VERY SHORTLY IF THE NOW WAY OVERDUE FILINGS ARE NOT IMMEDIATELY PUT OUT AND THAT IS ONCE AGAIN JUST THE INDISPUTABLE TRUTH!!
