Those warrants are friendly.Why would they another offering at 3.00?It was just a number I pulled out over the 2.50 exercise price come 10th of August.

One thing you can take to the bank,So listen up.There is no way on this earth,TMDI does not have ALL offerings tentative dates and prices already on a spreadsheet for the Steering Committee's review.WHY? Because it goes hand in hand with the Development Agreement and TMDI already has said 10000 times they need $$$$$ and more $$$$ and more $$$$......

Now what would put a halt to all that nonsense offerings,warrants,prefunded,rid of market stress,(Dow drops 10k)etc..Simple MDT buys them out early and McNally and certain members join MDT -just like they did with Titan Spine, MZOR, Digital Surgery, etc...Think about that awhile...

Why wait when you can have it all for a cheaper price and less OS shares not to mention the appearance of a higher net value to shareholders due to the current pps being so depressed....

AND......just think if MDT would have done a buyout offer this last Monday...Would have the employees been in better financial shape then or today with the newly issued options for them??
