Just saying to get to that number then the warrants must have been exercised.

Some were confused by float. Float #s depending on where you look range from 66m -73m -78m.

No worries though HC I’m light years ahead of you lol.

Only question I have is: do prefunded warrants count toward the float since they are paid for and the company has collected. Their exercise is merely a formality as there essentially is no cost to exercise at .00001 cents.

I believe there will be a number of things to vote on prior to agm whenever that is. I’m told late summer possibly sept.
