This BS CH11 should be dismissed, but it wont be. Jones is a debtor tool IMO (as all have already seen), and he will simply call for 'proper changes' to be made to the current plan. No way he dismisses this case for any reason IMO. I dont GAF what Hobbs comes up with, Jones will just waffle and have Sussberg 'correct' it.
