I'm very aware of MAXD, if
interested my stocks are
right here for anyone to see....

I'm not sure what MAXD has to do with a TMMI board, but curious minds are always wondering....

Both CEOs from the two
companies need to come forward with news....

MAXD is more dormant these days, so I'm not expecting any news until Sept.
I think there's a court date scheduled....

And from what I have read here, there's a July
hearing coming up....
I don't follow this case anymore....
