Not to be a debbie downer but what if we get prospective relief! That’s my base case.

I’m not a lawyer but they are not going to open up every action made by the CFPB and thus FHFA. I think they uphold the institutions but address the unconstitutional single director - Removal for cause clause with at service of potus.
