The current stock price of ANY stock is a faulty indicator of a company
being a scam or legit. Just ask Goldman Sachs.

In this case it is utterly useless. What determines if its a scam is if the SEC determines it is not if Shareholders THINK it is. I'm not say it definitely is a scam but I'd say its off to a rocky start being put on the grey sheets.
