This shell is a lotto play with house money

Took a plunge this week and bought a small amount. Less than 2 hours later, SAKL started flying

Curious why Surber hasnt declared bankruptcy or offered to settle for "pennies on the dollar?"

Well aware of the North Carolina law suit for 8+ million.

The huge creditor Surber borrowed $$$ from got shut down by the Fed due to fraud on asset overstatement (500 million instead of 300 million) Surber claims they are the worst lender.

Not saying Surber is an angel CEO lol

Hopefully the SAKL shell moves on without Surber attached to it. Guessing SAKL may have some legal "outs" assuming the CBD RM rumor is true
