ERHE is showing the classic signs of a dying OTCBB penny stock.

Here are the usual 'tells' and ERHE has hit all but one of them. The only one that is not ongoing are claims of Market Maker manipulation. I'm surprised that no one has been posting in all caps about how 'the evil MMs' are driving the SP down

-Share price is sub-penny (in the case sub 1/10th of a penny)

-No SEC Filings

-No public shareholder updates

-No Permanent offices that the company leases. (PO Boxes and Temp-Daily offices don't count)

-Message board volume dwindles

-No Website updates

-SEC Enforcement Actions IE: Suspension / Revocation

-Claims of Naked Shorts

-Claims of MM manipulation

- Die Hard Longs posters that despite overwhelming evidence and riding the share price down, still believe in untold returns and wealth
