Wasn’t me either....btw, they won’t wait fir q2 fins....those wouldn’t be due until mid August and they have a lot of things going on.....it would be much easier though if the merger happened in July though because the accounting for that would be in q3 fins and that wouldn’t need to be completed until mid November....which may work out great....they got a big plan, I know they do
