To: Ed Hayter,

Ed the shareholders are mad as hell because after all the positive press releases recently the stock still continues to drop. I put 15k in this at .018 and have lost 80% of my hard earned money. We have had over 400 million shares traded lately and you continue to state that the share structure has not changed.

The consensis is that you have been selling shares in the market and ripping off the shareholders that you claim to care about.

Ed Hayter you need to publish the current share structure and ungag the transfer agent if you want investors to beleive you. Otherwise I will have to assume that you are an out and out crook.

Prove me wrong Damn it.
