2009-2011 was a very different time.
That was the last time the dems had congress/white house. It is true that Biden was the vice-prez. But the political climate was not ripe for legalization.

Mind you.... this was when the states were granted the largest amount of autonomy from the federal government in cannabis policy. creating an irreversible movement that still is rolling today under 4 years of Republican senate/prez dominance (let that sink in).

It would be a farce to compare 2020 to 2011. If the dems come in they will not need to write new bills. simply just pass the ones that lay dying and we're golden pony boy.

but I think Trump wins.... i know right? sucks. but probably happens.
